As the 2014 NJMTA Commissioned Composer, Alexander Peskanov has written four wonderful compositions such as West Orange Bourrée, Sweet Dreams, Waltz-Scherzo and Irish Poem.Waltz Scherzo has been inspired by works of 19th century Romantic composers, Frantz Liszt in particular. The music is filled with bravura, passion and drama, somewhat reminiscent of Mephisto Waltz.
