Peskanov Concerto No. 18 "In Classical Style" (Intermediate to Moderately Difficult), includes a copy for accompanist. Composer's intent of this concerto was to write something in classical style that would be accessible to younger students. Concerto No. 18 in B Flat Major consists of three contrasting movements: Allegro con brio, Menuet and Scherzo. The music of this concerto "In Classical Style" is reminiscent of works by Haydn, Mozart and Beethoven. It is a wonderful introduction to the classical piano concerto, and serves as an excellent technical and musical showcase for aspiring young pianists.
