Peskanov's Meditation was composed in a living room of his friends, Lynn and Jean Radcliffe. The inspiration came from Lynn's painting that was hanging on the wall just opposite of the grand piano. Peskanov has written a poetry that is included in copy of this music. The Lynn's painting is on the cover as well. Meditation is driven by beautiful harmonic suspentions. The nostalgic theme serves almost as obligato part over the slowly moving chord progression. Peskanov has recorded this piece on his album "Spirits of the Wind."
